Which type of teacher are you?

There are many different types of teachers in this world. Have you ever wondered which type you are?

Friendly Teacher
Friendly teachers act like friends for their students. They combine both the guidance of a teacher and the understanding of a friend. However, teachers need to be clear what their role should be. There is still a boundary between being a teacher and a friend. Don’t try to deal with every student’s problems. You are a teacher, not a social worker.

Funny Teacher
Funny teachers are like angels to their students. They like to make their students happy. They make learning a pleasurable experience. Funny teachers are popular at school. Who wouldn’t love the person that makes them laugh? However, don’t spend too much time being funny while you are supposed to be teaching.

Ideal Teacher
Ideal teachers are the ones students respect from their heart. They act as a guide to their students. They are role models. They not only teach students knowledge, but also teach them morale. They always use positive enforcements to encourage students to improve themselves. However, ideal teachers must realize that not every student can meet your expectations. Don’t feel bad if you can’t make every student perfect.

Lenient Teacher
Lenient teachers are easy going. They don’t like to make rules for students to follow. They also don’t like to give orders to students. They want students to feel comfortable in class. However, this doesn’t mean that teachers should tolerate students’ misbehavior. They still need to hand in their homework on time. They still need to sit quietly in class while you are teaching.

Strict Teacher
Strict teachers are probably the least popular ones at school. They are touch on students. They have tons of rules that students must obey. They seem not easy to get along with. However, strict teachers can take better control over the class.
